Wemindji Nashababichju
An annual week long event in which everyone from Wemindji, and some people from Eastmain, relocate to the historic site of Old Factory. This is where the people of Wemindji once lived. There are plenty of activities for all ages including feasts, music and dancing. This event is usually held in mid-July, every summer.
